Services Offered:

Vocational training.
Community living skills.
Self-care training, cognitive/behavioral treatment.
Medical treatment (Registered Nurse on staff).
Information and referral, academic, supported work programs.

Admission: Needs referral from medical doctor or at least screened by a medical doctor. Facility will take in an applicant while application is being filled out (usually takes 6 - 8 weeks). If self-referral, Glenwood will do the screening.

Transportation: Available to work in town; to Innovative Industries, Inc., in Creston; to social activities in Creston.

Population Served:

All counties are served, ages 18 years and older. Can serve blind, deaf-mute, and disabilities who are ambulatory, can bathe and feed themselves.
