How to access:

Identify special needs. Given a release of information form, school, medical doctor, vocational rehabilitation, etc., will give proof of special needs. The student is then provided a letter to share with the instructor. On the application form, there is a check box requesting accommodations. If a student requests tutoring for classes, no documentation is needed.
