Services Offered:

The Shelter is a co-ed, short-term (about 30 to 45 days) residential placement that is used for children in immediate need of placement or in transition between placements, mainly a maintenance facility. Residents receive all services on campus. Educational programming is contracted from Green Valley Area education Agency 14 at the Shelter School. Individual therapy and counseling is available as needed. The Shelter is a State supported facility, and there is o cost to the residents or their families for their stay. The department of Human Services and Juvenile Court are the only referral sources.

12 to 17 1/2 years old.
