agency funded under the Rehabilitation Act. Provides information
on all available services under the Act to any individual with
disabilities in Iowa.

Be advised of your rights and responsibilities as a client or
applicant of these agencies.
By providing information about projects, services, programs,
and facilities operated by
agencies funded under the Rehabilitation Act.
Solve problems you may have with services.
Keep communication lines open with your counselor, teacher, or
other staff.
Appeal decisions made by these agencies. |
Rights as an Applicant/Client:

right to an evaluation sufficient to determine eligibility for

The right to know why you are not eligible for services.
The right to ask for supervisory review of decisions you question.
The right to appeal an adverse decision.
The right to confidentiality of records.
The right to full participation in planning of goals and services.
The right to continuous agency services throughout your rehabilitation
