Services Offered:

Residential home that provides care and support for those residents who work at the activity center.
At the present time, there is little movement out of the facility into the community.
Transportation is available in the Challenge Center in Mt. Ayr.

Population Served:

Serves persons with Development Disability and Mental Disabilities, age 18 years and older.
All counties may be served.
