Admissions Requirements:
To be considered for placement you must have:
Current Diagnostic - Evaluation
-- (either from Glenwood or Crossroads)
Application which can be picked up at the workshop
Referral Form
Employment Eligibility Verification
Required to prove that you are an American citizen

Screening consists of:
Interviewing the applicant
Review of all records
A tour of the workshop
A work evaluation

Program/Services:
Paid work experience within sheltered workshop
Variety of work opportunities obtained from businesses and contacts
Development of personal and work-related goals
Training in how to seek and retain employment
Personal, Social, and Community Services (Offered in Winterset and Mount Ayr) maintained in a variety of functional settings.

Supported Employment:
Job match with client
Ongoing support through job coaches for job changes and problem solving
