Services Offered:

Supervised residential care facility, 24-hour supervision, room and board, activities, social services, special diets, assistance with Activities for Daily Living, assistance with medicine, and treatments as physician orders.

Population Served:

Age: 19 and up (age ranges from 20-96)
Counties: Taylor, out of county if county pays.
Admission: Call one week ahead to arrange for a visit.

Pre-Admission:

Physical should be done by the same doctor who will be working with the resident. Need proof of financial responsibility from the county you reside in. You can be admitted generally the same day or next after you apply. --If you have physical and proof of negative TB status. You can be admitted as long as you are ambulatory and can take care of your basic needs.

Medical:

Needs are provided by Certified Medical Aides. If you are diabetic, you must be able to give your own meds.
