Residents have their own choice of doctors

Transportation is provided to the workshop in Creston

Residents are involved with East Union Community School, Innovative Industries, and some are working competitively.

Emphasis is on movement out of the facility towards the least restrictive environment

Population Served:

Age range: High school age and up
County Served: Union County area
Disabilities served: Physically, socially, mentally, and/or emotionally impaired adults, but not requiring nursing care as certified by physician.
Admissions requirement:

Physical Social History Evaluation of level of functioning including self-care, social living skills, community living skills, functional academic skills, vocational skills, and problem behaviors. Pre-placement visit If deemed inappropriate for admissions, referral of appropriate service or service provider.
